How much does skip tracing cost?
Our pricing is simple: $0.025 per record (2.5¢). For example, a list of 10,000 records costs $250.00. Your total is calculated instantly when you upload your list, so there are no surprises.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum order is 3,000 records, which comes to $75.00.
Do I need a monthly subscription?
No. QualitySkip is pay as you go. You only pay for the records you upload, with no monthly fees and no contracts.
Do you offer discounts for large lists?
Yes. If you have 100,000+ records, request bulk pricing and we will put together a custom quote for your list.
How do I pay?
You review your order total on the upload page and complete payment securely online before your list is processed.

What file formats can I upload?
You can upload your property-owner list as a CSV or Excel file (.xls or .xlsx).
What information should my list include?
For best results, include the owner name and the property address (street, city, state, and ZIP) for every record. The more complete your list, the better your results.
Can I see my total before I pay?
Yes. Once you upload your file, we show your record count, price per record, and total right away, so you can review everything before completing your order.
